1. Digital Goods and No-Refund Policy

Ultimate Smoking Girls provides immediate access to proprietary and licensed digital content upon purchase, including exclusive matchup media, imagery, and subscriber materials. Because this digital content is immediately accessible and consumable upon purchase, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, one-time passes, or subscription charges except as stated below.

Tokens are digital service credits delivered instantly on purchase or grant. They are non-refundable once credited, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and never expire. By completing a token purchase you acknowledge the EU/UK digital-content withdrawal-right waiver. Refunds are issued only at USG's sole discretion for a proven technical delivery failure.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Ultimate Smoking Girls subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing cycle date to avoid being charged for the following period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to the Member Area and all subscriber content until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including verified cases of duplicate charges or a proven technical delivery failure that entirely prevented access to the purchased digital service. Refund requests on these grounds must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge through the Contact form on the homepage, with a detailed description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, you are in breach of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account, revoke access to all digital content, and bar future access to Ultimate Smoking Girls. 5. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard on Ultimate Smoking Girls, or via the customer management portal of the authorized third-party payment provider you selected at checkout. Cancellation requests sent that way will be backdated to the date the request was sent, ensuring you are not billed for the subsequent cycle.
