We collect different types of information depending on whether you are a Member/Subscriber (Fan) or a USG Girl (Competitor).

For Members/Subscribers: We collect your email address for account creation, authentication, and transactional communications. We may collect billing information via our secure, third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or private cryptographic keys on our servers.

For USG Girls: To verify age and identity, we collect your Full Legal Name, Date of Birth, Government-Issued ID, and a recent Selfie Image. We also collect your Stage Name, social media handles, and uploaded media (videos/images) for tournament administration and platform display.

3. How We Use Your Data

Members: Your email is used for authentication, billing notifications, and platform updates. Marketing updates and offers are sent only when you tick “Email me updates and offers.” That consent is stored locally and can be withdrawn via the unsubscribe link on every marketing email. Transactional mail does not use these lists.

USG Girls: Your Legal Name and ID are used strictly for age-verification and internal legal record-keeping. Your Legal Name is never published publicly. Your Stage Name, media, and tournament statistics are used to operate the public leaderboard, facilitate matchups, and generate promotional marketing materials (including stylized broadcast graphics).

4. Payment Processing

Membership and sponsorship payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment service providers and merchant of record partners. We do not store raw payment card data, bank account details, or billing addresses on our local servers. Financial data is handled exclusively by our payment partners in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and their respective privacy and security policies.

5. Age-Verification Record Retention & Legal Exemption

Due to age-verification and record-retention requirements, USG Girl identity records (IDs, Legal Names, Selfie Images) are exempt from standard "Right to be Forgotten" or account deletion requests. We are legally mandated to retain these specific records for as long as the associated media remains published on our platform, our archives, or our promotional networks, and for the statutory period required by law thereafter.

6. Data Deletion (Members)

If you are a Member/Subscriber and request the deletion of your account, we will remove your email address and account preferences from our active database within thirty (30) days.

7. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate our platform. These include:

Email Delivery: For transactional emails and newsletters.

Cloud Storage & CDNs: For secure media hosting, video streaming, and encrypted database backups.

Payment Gateways: For fiat and cryptocurrency transaction processing.

These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.

8. Local Browser Storage & Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management, authentication, and measuring the VIP join page. The VIP join page stores a random browser identifier for up to 30 days to distinguish page views from unique visitors and link account creation and confirmed subscriptions to a visit. Certain subscriber preferences may be stored in your browser's local storage. Our application landing pages also store a random browser identifier and visit reference in first-party local storage to count unique visits without counting refreshes. We measure active viewing time and form interaction to calculate bounce rates; successful applications are linked to their recruitment source. We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or sell your data to advertising networks.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Please note: These rights are superseded by United States Federal Law regarding age-verification record retention for USG Girls, as outlined in Section 5. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.

10. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections, HTTP-only authentication cookies, bcrypt password hashing, restricted server access, and encrypted off-site backups to protect your account data and identity-verification records.

11. Children's Privacy

Ultimate Smoking Girls is an age-restricted platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their information.
